Refurbishment, in Haverhill

Our Latest project has just come to an end. A full refurbishment of a three bedroom semi detached property in Haverhill Suffolk.

This Job was not as easy as we fist thought as it turned out that all of the walls needed to have the previous plasterboard removed and the whole house was re-plasterboarded and skimmed.

Giving the end result, a far superior finish than just filling and decorating.

Most of the electrics have been replaced with additional sockets and lighting

A new boiler installed with additional radiators added.

The old external Shed/outhouse was demolished and rebuilt in timber frame with a render finish. This then gave the property an additional utility room and ground floor office/4th bedroom.

Outside there was an ugly construction covering an old kio pond, this was removed and made into a raised garden with a slab surround and decking.

The kitchen was replaced with modern units and additional lighting.

the old shower room was extended to make room for a bath wc and basin.

Toilet room updated .

New doors and skirting boards throughout, with laminate floors laid on the ground floor.

Another project finished for a Mr Thompson for who we have now completed around eight large projects.
